Here's what sets my custom house portraits apart:

The process:

1. Pick your preferred size (this is the 16x20 listing)

2. Message me with photos of the home (2-4 photos is most ideal). I can also supplement images with Google Earth using the home address to render the best result possible.

3. I will make a pencil drawing. Once you approve the sketch, a $30 deposit is due to begin the painting process. Pencil sketch must be approved within 2 days (48 hours).

4. I will proceed with painting. When completed, I will send you a photo and the remaining payment will be due.

5. Paintings can be picked up (no charge) or shipped (know there is an additional charge just to cover the cost of shipping)
